Privacy Policy

Premover.ai LLC operates Premover.ai. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you visit, create an account, or check a list.

Information we collect

• Account and business information: your full name, business name, email, mobile number, verification status, selected Google business Place ID, and current address-data provider, including any provider name you enter.
• Lists and results: the CSV you upload, including all columns and recipient names, addresses you enter and confirm, your saved import mappings and result filters, property addresses, matched listing information and photo links, AI observations, item counts, volume estimates, and run history.
• Billing and acknowledgment records: the plan, Paddle customer and subscription references, invoices, credit usage, and the date and document version you acknowledge at signup and when confirming credit use. Paddle collects your payment details; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
• Technical information: information needed to maintain your session, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems, such as request activity, error records, and network information received by us or our hosting and authentication providers.

How we use it

We use this information to verify your account, run address checks, save and deliver results, manage subscriptions and credits, provide support, prevent misuse, and keep records of your choices. We use the data-provider answer to understand which services our customers use and improve the app.

Where a legal basis is required, we process information to provide the services you request, meet legal obligations, protect and operate the app, or with your consent when required.

Email and SMS codes are for account access and verification. Accepting this policy does not sign you up for marketing texts or emails.

Who processes information

We share the information needed for the service with these providers:

• Clerk: account information, authentication, and email/SMS verification.
• Paddle: contact, subscription, and payment information as the reseller and merchant of record for checkout, billing, tax, refunds, and fraud prevention.
• Google Maps: the business name or location you search for, to help you select a public business listing. We attach its Place ID to your account. Selection does not verify that you own the listing.
• Listing and AI providers: Zyte retrieves listing information; OpenRouter and the model provider, currently Google Gemini, process listing details and photos to produce the estimates. These requests use the address and listing evidence needed for the check. Your original CSV's unrelated columns are kept in your workspace.
• Hosting and database providers: including Railway, to operate the app and store your account, lists, and results.

These providers may process information in other countries and under their own agreements and privacy notices. We do not sell your account information or uploaded lists, provide your private workspace to other customers, or use your lists for our own direct marketing. Authorized personnel may access records when needed for support, security, or service operation. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse, and in a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.

Cookies and browser storage

We use session cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, and choices such as your selected plan. Clerk, Paddle, and Google may use their own technologies when you use their services. The app does not use advertising trackers. Disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout.

Storage and deletion

We retain account information, lists, results, and analysis caches to provide your workspace and run history. Canceling a plan does not automatically delete them. You can request account closure or deletion by contacting us. We may need to keep limited billing, acknowledgment, security, or dispute records for legal and business obligations, and backups may take additional time to expire. External listing websites and service providers keep their own records under their policies.

Workspace access is restricted to your signed-in account. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your account secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

You can update your contact information through your account and manage payments or cancellation in Billing. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity or an agent's authority. We handle requests as required by applicable law. You may also have the right to contact your local privacy regulator.

This is a business service for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children for account signup.

Changes and contact

We publish updates here with a new version. Material changes are shown for acknowledgment before new runs or subscription purchases.
