Premover.ai LLC
Terms of Service
Effective October 4, 2026 · Version terms-2026-10-04-06a2f30cf75c
These terms are the agreement between Premover.ai LLC ("we" or "us") and you for using Premover.ai. If you use it for a business, you must be authorized to accept these terms for that business. The service is for adults using it for business purposes.
What the app does
You bring an address list. We look for matching property listings and check their current market status. For eligible listings with usable photos, we also estimate visible belongings and their volume. An off-market status is a completed result. Saved results include supporting information and a download of your original list with our results.
These are AI estimates. Photos may be old, staged, incomplete, or associated with an incorrect listing. Hidden items and belongings outside the photos may be missed. Furniture size, item counts, and cubic feet can be wrong. Confidence scores reflect the model's assessment; they are not verified probabilities. Results do not prove occupancy, ownership, an upcoming move, or a complete moving load. Check the details yourself before giving a moving quote or making a business decision.
Your account and lists
Provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You must have permission to upload and use your lists and any information in them. Upload only information needed for the check; do not include card details, government ID numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.
You keep your rights in your uploaded data. You allow us and our service providers to process it to provide the checks, saved results, support, and security described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how you use results and for complying with any laws and data-provider restrictions that apply to your marketing or outreach.
Credits and runs
One credit checks one unique valid address in a submitted run. Duplicate copies within the same run and invalid rows do not use additional credits. Submitting the same address in a new run uses another credit, including when earlier photo analysis is reused.
Before a new run or manual retry uses credits, we show the credit amount and ask you to confirm. That amount is reserved when the run is accepted. Completed address checks use one credit, including off-market listings, no matching listing, unknown listing status, and listings without usable photos. The same credit includes photo analysis when available, including empty homes or uncertain results. Checks that fail or are stopped before processing return their credits to the period they came from. Filtering or excluding a completed result does not return its credit. Downloading saved CSV results or mailing labels uses no additional credits. A refund to an expired period does not create new credits. Checks already processing may finish after you stop a run.
Fresh listing lookups are limited to 1,000 address attempts during the trial and 2 times your plan's credit allowance per paid billing period. Failed and unavailable lookups count toward this limit; returned credits do not reset it. Invalid rows and duplicate copies within a run do not count separately. A retry or refreshing an older status check in an ongoing run can use another attempt. New runs always check current listing status. Runs continue through the list even when many properties are off market. Listing checks may pause when provider usage limits are reached; unfinished checks return their credits.
Free trial and monthly billing
The free trial lasts seven days and includes 500 credits. You choose a monthly plan and provide a card before the trial starts. Paddle is the reseller and merchant of record for payments, and its Buyer Terms apply to purchases. We provide the app and support at the contact below. At the end of the trial, Paddle automatically charges your card for the selected plan, and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel in Billing before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Your trial end date and selected plan are shown in Billing.
| Plan | Monthly price (USD) | Credits per month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $50 / month | 500 |
| Growth | $100 / month | 1,500 |
| Pro | $150 / month | 3,000 |
| Business | $200 / month | 5,000 |
| Scale | $300 / month | 10,000 |
Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are shown in Paddle checkout before you confirm.
Unused trial credits expire at the end of the trial and are replaced with the selected plan's full allowance after successful payment. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period; they do not roll over. Credits already reserved for an accepted run can finish after the period ends. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
You can choose to start the paid plan early. Early renewal when credits run out is available only when the option is shown in Billing. We show the full monthly charge for you to confirm. A successful payment replaces the previous allowance with a fresh one and moves your monthly billing date to the new start date. Early renewal does not include a prorated refund or carry over unused credits. If payment fails, new credits wait until payment succeeds.
Cancellation and payment questions
You can cancel future renewals or update your card from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period. Canceling a subscription does not delete your saved results or automatically refund past charges. Contact us about service issues or refund requests. For payment questions you can also contact Paddle. Paddle processes refunds under its Buyer Terms and applicable law; we do not limit any rights you have under them. Account deletion is a separate request.
Fair use and availability
Do not access another customer's data, bypass security or credit limits, misuse the service, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict access for misuse, security issues, or unpaid charges. Listings and third-party services can change or become unavailable, so we cannot promise that every address will have usable photos or that processing will always finish in a particular time.
Responsibility for results
We provide the service as available, without a guarantee that every result is accurate or complete. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, missed leads, inaccurate moving quotes, or indirect losses from using estimates. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Premover.ai in the three months before the event that caused the claim. This does not limit liability or rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and contact
We publish changes here with a new version. Material changes require acknowledgment before starting new runs or making a new subscription purchase. Existing subscription prices are the prices you agreed to; any future price change will be disclosed before it takes effect. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law still apply.
