Refunds and cancellation

Premover.ai LLC provides Premover.ai and supports customers at [email protected].

Cancel your subscription

The trial lasts seven days. Cancel in Billing before it ends to avoid the first charge. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled.

You can cancel future renewals or update your card from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period. Canceling a subscription does not delete your saved results or automatically refund past charges. Contact us about service issues or refund requests. For payment questions you can also contact Paddle. Paddle processes refunds under its Buyer Terms and applicable law; we do not limit any rights you have under them. Account deletion is a separate request.
